The Center for Career and Calling (CCC) has professional career counselors, peer career advisors (PCAs), job and internship postings, events, classes, and more to help students attain a promising future.

CCC can also help you with:

  • Finding a job or internship
  • Reviewing your résumé and interview skills
  • Finding a graduate school

The Academic Support Center provides guidance and resources to support students’ academic success. They offer:

  • Tutoring: Connects students to tutor-led study tables or provides private tutors for challenging classes.
  • Study Skills: Offers resources to improve study skills through individual learning consultations, workshops, and classes.
  • Research, Reading and Writing Studio: Helps current undergraduate students at any stage of writing a paper.
  • Academic Counseling: Advocates for student success by supporting the advising relationship between students and faculty advisors, connecting students with resources, and providing support in moments of academic challenge.
  • Disability Support Services: Provides access, resources and accommodations for students with disabilities.

Multi-Ethnic Programs supports the academic, social, and cultural adjustment and success of students from diverse backgrounds (domestically and abroad). The office promotes and supports the exploration and development of racial and ethnic identity and cross-cultural competence for all students through programs and events in collaboration with other departments across campus.

Student Counseling, Health and Wellness provides both physical and mental health services to students.

The Student Counseling Center is dedicated to student well-being and providing services collaboratively with compassion, respect, and sensitivity to students’ unique challenges and cultural backgrounds. They provide free mental health and nutritional counseling for SPU undergraduate students.
